The article considers the reception of antiquated Job's book and its main character in the existential philosophy. It is found out that the Job's book is genetically connected with the existential questions. In the philosophical conceptions by M. Berdiaev, L. Shestov, M. Buber, K. Yaspers the experience of Job's communication with Jahve appears as the religious and philosophical paradigm in the context of religious, philosophical, national, historical consciousness forms development. It is concluded that the Job's book and the main character's image are that cultural text, having the power to generate brand new senses in the different spheres of spiritual culture.

The article carries out on the basis of the analysis of modern western researchers' works the attempt to illuminate objectively the stratification changes in the western societies; to show the progress process of their socially-class structure development; to analyze the process of stratification changes influence on the citizens' access to the education, in particular – the higher one. It is underlined that in the modern western societies the "middle class" decreases while the differentiation on "the rich" and "the poor" increases. It is determined that the social inequality grows both in the middle of the societies and at world level. The growing role of cultural capital is underlined in the achievement of social equality. It is marked that the system of education, divided under the formal equality of levels also, has stratified on the elite, higher, middle and low ones. The article examines the questions of ground category of virtuality status and determination of virtual reality concept in the context of tasks of modern philosophy of science. The formation of the virtual reality concept in the history of philosophical thought and its transformations in the modern Virtualistics and theories of science is analyzed. It is proved that the need to clarify the conceptual framework of virtuality categorical concept is a manifestation of the deeper understanding of the process of differentiation and extent of the existence of the universe and the world, which organization is the result of the human cognitive activity.

The detailed study of the information phenomenon and conceptualization of the category ''information relations'' derived on the basis of new knowledge, the understanding of its essence are carried out. The definition of information in terms of the subjective approach is stated and the problem of neglecting the information as the greatest social value is brought into focus. It is concluded that the proposed ''subjective'' approach has the essential meaning for the intensive development of the Ukrainian development, however it is necessary to change the relationship to information, determine precisely its place in the social life and as well as its public role and tasks.

The article deals with a popular in the European English learning methodology "information gap" technology in the context of its importance for teaching interactive communication and existing experience of its application in the Ukrainian schools. The article contains the analysis results of students' coursebooks in use for teaching English and a questionnaire-based study of pre-service and in-service teachers of English concerning their knowledge of the technology and readiness to use it actively. The conclusions, provided by the study, cast some doubt on the exclusive status of the received professional knowledge or practical training for the efficient usage of information-gap tasks, and point to the necessity of at least two more conditions: appropriate teaching materials and personal teachers' motivation to making learning more diverse, learner-oriented and developmentally facilitating.

The article traces the evolution of the concepts ''motherhood'' and ''childhood'' in the West-Ukrainian leaders and pedagogues' creative heritage in the XIX – the first third of the XX centuries. The attention is focused on the educational component of the content of these definitions in the publications of the organizers and active participants in the women's movement in the region. It is determined that public activists and pedagogues, in particular organizers and participants of the women's movement on the western Ukrainian lands, have promoted to the Ukrainian mother's family and social status, proved her primary role in the physical, moral and intellectual development of her children and her meaning in the nation's ''health promotion''.

The article examines the actual pedagogical problem concerning the pre-school children's vocabulary enrichment in the theatrical and game activity, defines the conceptual approaches of its decision and grounds the pedagogical conditions of the pre-school children's vocabulary enrichment. It is proved that the effectiveness of older preschoolers' enriching vocabulary in the theatrical and game activity is provided with a set of these pedagogical conditions. It is determined that the theatrical and game activity acts in 3 aspects: as the game, work and entertainment. While the game the activization of words takes place; in the work the preschoolers' vocabulary is enriched with new words; during the entertainment the children's vocabulary is enriched with the descriptive appellative lexis.

The article dwells on the Ukrainian master’s education and all-European recommendations correspondence. It analyzes the principal documents and surveys on master’s education carried out in the European countries, focuses on the problematic aspects of all-European bachelor’s and master’s degrees and on the principles of their functioning. It also characterizes Ukraine’s educational regulations (educational-qualifying tiers) and multi-tier higher educational socio-cultural recent developments as well as emphasizes the necessity to eliminate specialist’s educational-qualifying tier and reexamine multi-tier educational basic principles. The article examines the historical experience of the scientific activity establishment and development in the universities of Naddnipryanska Ukraine in the 1802-1917. The basic organizational forms of academic staff and students' scientific activity are analyzed, namely: the research work on the faculties and departments of universities; the scientific and publishing activity in the governmental structures; the participation in the work of various scientific societies, scientific groups; the publishing activity. The article analyzes the perspective approaches to forming nursing masters' communicative competence. The value of the professional and scientific communicative competences as important constituents of nursing masters' preparation in Ukraine is underlined. The new determination and new classification of the ''communicative competence'' concept are offered. Three levels of the scientific communicative competence are singled out: the computer technologies mastering, upgrading the professional level by means of Internet; the usage of computer technologies in the professional (pedagogical and scientific) activity; the creation of objects of the intellectual property (the design of computer programming for the computer centers of distance learning, know-how, inventions) and their presentation in mass-media.

In the account of psychological features of senior pupils and essence of language activity five psychological components that can indicate a sufficient level of the senior pupils' readiness to the educational language activity are allocated. The article determines and analyzes paratextual elements in B. Shaw’s play ''Pygmalion'' created by the publishing house (cover, preface, formatting, typographical peculiarities of print and printing end) and the author himself (the title, the author’s preface and sequel, a list of characters and stage directions). Being inseparably connected with the main text by their structure, meaning and pragmatic orientation, paratextual elements are a constituent part of the dramatic work under analysis.

The paper higlights the peculiarities of the simple contact repetition (SCR) functioning in the various types of the English discourse: belles-lettres, poetic, scientific and publisistic. The multifunctional character of SCR as a traditional stylistic device makes it impossible both to create a unified classification of SCR types and to determine the common criteria for classifying its functions. The emphasis is laid on the fact that SCR functions correlate with the investigated discourse types differently which is stipulated by various language and extra-language factors.

It is established that the journalistic discourse is the environment of the systematic message distribution among the numerous dispersed audiences for the purpose of impact on the formation and change of people's appraisals, beliefs and behaviour in the form of the transmission of pragmatically charged information.

This article focuses on the idioms with the colour component. It is determined that these idioms are characterized by special semantic, structural, and functional features. It is analyzed that idioms have the complex lexical and grammatical structure in the formation of which extralinguistic and intralinguistic factors play an important role. It is concluded that all French idioms with the component of colour have their analogues in Ukrainian. Idioms with the component of white, black and blue colour are the most frequently used.

The semantic function of signs (decomposition of syntagms,) which is connected with the speaker's emotional condition, not the basic one, is pointed out.

This article develops the traditional description of prosodic processing of stage dialogues with the meaning of joy and develops the intonational portraits of each investigated stage dialogues. It is proposed that the prosody is an important mechanism that forms and expresses emotions of joy, the psychological influence of the stage dialogues speeches. Among the acoustic features, differentiating the joy in the stage dialogues most, the acoustic contour of speeches, the movement character of the main tone frequency during the speech are singled out. It is discovered that the great meaning for the identification of joy types have tone frequency, speech intensity.
