Preventing Scientific Dishonesty
The Editorial Board informs the authors that the personal responsibility for the original and authentic character of the articles rests with them. In order to prevent incorrect borrowings or usage of the third persons’ research results the authors are asked to stick to the ethics of scientific citation.
In order to prevent scientific dishonesty the Editorial Board undertakes the following steps:
- By the decision of the Executive Editor the article is checked for the presence of the borrowings from the third persons’ works without proper the references with the help of a computer program;
- While reviewing the article the Reviewer makes a conclusion whether the plagiarism is present or absent from the article.
If in the process of the article consideration it is specified that the latter contains plagiarism the article is returned to the author.
